Bearing in mind the Charlotte Regional Visitor's Authority’s goal of making Charlotte, North Carolina a top holiday destination, our team created the Holiday campaign for their Charlotte's Got A Lot division. This campaign was created for two adjacent audiences: millennials and their parents. The Art of Host-pitality empowers the young millennial generation to take on holiday hosting responsibilities, with tips on how to do so successfully; while The Art of Guest-pitality encourages the older generation - parents and grandparents of said millennials - to take a backseat to hosting and tips on how to be a gracious, helpful guest.
